The Life Impossible by Matt HaigMy rating: 4 of 5 stars
I couldn't decide how much I liked it. It's a weird book but with an uplifting story. The primary downsides are that it's rather choppy, some "chapters" are half a page so there's a lot of context shifting. And the conceit behind it, an email to someone doesn't really work. You forget that the protagonist is doing it until she references him by name then it's momentarily confusing. That doesn't ruin it though, it's still a nice read.
