I knew the election would turn out the way it did. Not my bag but being a lifelong Alabama resident, I know what we're in for, so it really doesn't bother me honestly. What I can't take is the clueless lefties (I'm a lefty just not clueless) howling on their socials. Look, all the shit you point out that he/they are doing that's awful is a waste of time. 1. You likely live in an echo chamber, we all do. 2. The awful shit? That's WHY they like him/them. I mean come on.
Anyway, I've lived in a pretty small world for a while now. To further tune out the howling/gloating I just killed my socials. I stopped consuming news years ago, there's nothing you need to know. If something huge happens, you'll hear about it. There's literally no reason to consume news. Just get a weather app if you're planning an outside activity.
I'm just focusing more on creativity and hanging with my wife/family. Currently I'm spinning ATCQ Low End Theory on wax. Grab you a vintage hi-fi, they make everything better.
