I strive to exercise daily. That often takes the form of an hour walk at a nearby park during my lunch break. Today was just that. My "usual" park had some construction going on, so I diverted to another, larger park not far away. This one has ponds and open fields with large trees. While I was walking towards a bridge, I spotted a Great Blue Heron doing a little fishing near where I was headed. I love these birds, such dinosaurs! It obviously got a little uptight that I was near and eventually flew away but not before I snapped a couple pics.
